About Jeremiah Au, MD

Jeremiah Au, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon at ALLUSTRA DERMATOLOGY. He specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery, skin cancer treatment, and reconstructive surgery, providing advanced, precise care for patients diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, melanoma, and other forms of skin cancer.

Dr. Au graduated with honors from Boston College, earning a degree in Biology and induction into the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. He received his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh before completing his dermatology residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he served as co-chief resident. He then pursued advanced fellowship training in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology at Indiana University under nationally recognized surgeon Dr. Ally-Khan Somani.

Certified by the American Board of Dermatology, Dr. Au is also a Fellow of the American College of Mohs Surgery and a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. He has authored numerous research publications and contributed to surgical and wound-healing textbooks, reflecting his commitment to innovation and excellence in dermatologic surgery.
