I originally scheduled this appointment with another provider but there was a mix-up with the address and thankfully Dr.Sartor was able to see me same day. I'm so happy things worked out the way it did. She's brilliant and I really appreciated her and her team for how transparent they were as well as the time spent with me. Happy that she will be my dermatologist moving forward.

Let’s see where to begin. From the initial communication, the unrushed phone consult, the willingness to listen, the eagerness to help, and the confidence in treatment but most importantly delivering the results as promised. I literally came in with flared up skin after trying every OTC facial skin care product and even chemical peels nothing seemed to be effective. I’ve had laser hair removal treatments each about 4-6 weeks apart I’ll stop talking, just check out my before and after pics most recent pics taken 7/28/25. I’ve come along way but I’m not finished yet

I arrived to my appointment a little early There was two people ahead of me who was called to the back by a nurse and then I was called to the back by the very nice and kind nurse Gabriel who greeted me ask me some questions as to what brings me in and afterwards she left out and Dr.Brundsja Balaraman knocked and came in she asked how was I doing and she let me know she had a student I said okay I always like my Dermatologist kindness I have a high level of anxiety but for some reason I felt calm she rush she listens and she does not talk over you The front desk staff I think her name is Evelyn so nice and kind the atmosphere was was so pleasant and it wasn't crowded and I just felt peaceful there and when I left and I always like when people smile back you never know who needed that smile and I will recommend Dr.Balaraman she is the best and I am not just saying this it very true and her whole entire staff

Dr. Balaraman is one of the best doctors in any discipline whom I have ever been treated by. I became a patient of hers over a decade ago when her office was much closer to where I live. Although she is now further away from me at Allustra Dermatology, I have followed her there because of her expertise and demeanor. Her staff at Allustra are also all very high caliber folks.

Entire office is friendly and professional. Everyone does their job with a smile. I had a small biopsy done on my arm and didn’t feel a thing from the first needle stick onward. First time visit. Front desk personnel were very friendly and were helpful with check in. Wait time was a reasonable 10 minutes. Exam room was clean. Assistant asked me why I was there, gave me a gown, and said the doctor would be in shortly. Dr. Balaraman knocked, then came in. She was very friendly. She did a body check. I told her about what had been going on with my body breaking out in rashes in different ways. She said to continue medicine my primary had prescribed and said she was also calling 2 more prescriptions in to my pharmacy. I have a follow up visit in a month. All in all, my visit was very comfortable. I felt like I was with a group of people who really wanted to take care of my medical problem.
