Follow up to earlier exams and treatment went smoothly, staff and support persons were quiet, informative and efficient. Appointment, with Doctor’s review and exam, went quickly with new prescriptions and next appointment date.

We like the way Dr. Balaraman listens to our concerns and gives genuine medical advice. She does not over treat the symptom. We are very pleased and would recommend her!

Staff was friendly and polite

First time visit. Front desk personnel were very friendly and were helpful with check in. Wait time was a reasonable 10 minutes. Exam room was clean. Assistant asked me why I was there, gave me a gown, and said the doctor would be in shortly. Dr. Balaraman knocked, then came in. She was very friendly. She did a body check. I told her about what had been going on with my body breaking out in rashes in different ways. She said to continue medicine my primary had prescribed and said she was also calling 2 more prescriptions in to my pharmacy. I have a follow up visit in a month. All in all, my visit was very comfortable. I felt like I was with a group of people who really wanted to take care of my medical problem.

Originally I thought she was not thorough but after a discussion with her I realized when she entered the room, she was reviewing my entire exposed body. She is very patient and observant. She allowed me time to discuss my issues and recommended a treatment plan and websites for additional care. I left feeling very comfortable with her and look forward to my next visit.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked the care I received. This was my first time to with this doctor and I was afraid that there might be unnecessary procedures suggested or I might feel uncomfortable in some other way. But, I was very happy with the doctor and her staff. I feel my skin needs were fully considered and I plan to continue with this doctor and recommend her to my friends.
